Breno Gostaria de expressar nossa insatisfação com o atendimento que a minha esposa recebeu do médico Tito Aurélio no Centro de Saúde de Quinta do Conde (não coloquei o Dr. pois não sei se o mesmo possui doutorado e nem se quer é digno de ter tal título). Minha esposa estava com muitas dores e dificuldades de caminhar, e, infelizmente, o médico foi extremamente grosseiro, mal-educado e desrespeitoso. A sua conduta foi inaceitável e muito abaixo dos padrões esperados de um profissional da saúde. Ao pesquisar seu nome na internet, encontrei diversas queixas de outros utentes, o que reforça a preocupação com a qualidade do atendimento prestado.
Eu reforço o pedido que medidas sejam tomadas para avaliar e melhorar o atendimento prestado. Profissionais da saúde devem tratar seus pacientes com respeito e empatia, e isso claramente não tem acontecido.
Diante da gravidade do seu comportamento recorrente evidenciado nas queixas de outros pacientes, acredito que a licença médica do Tito Aurélio deveria ser seriamente reconsiderada. A forma como ele exerce sua função não é apenas inadequada, mas prejudicial aos utentes que dependem do serviço público de saúde!

Vitor Manuel Coelho Figueiredo Venho aqui demonstrar o quanto este centro de saúde tem um funcionamento vergonhoso próprio dum país do 3º mundo, pela enésima vez que fui mendigar uma consulta e vim de mãos a abanar, fui uma vez atendido pelo Doutor Aurélio Tito e com exames demonstrando os meus problemas de saúde considerados de média gravidade, a meu pedido de exames e análises, simplesmente ignorou, passando somente receitas dos medicamentos. Dá a impressão que foram buscar este médico a algum refugo de médicos incapazes. Antigamente bastava entregar na recepção receitas de consultas privadas e passavam as credenciais para medicamentos e exames, agora não. Uma vergonha para um concelho grande como é o de Loures. Depois as altas individualidades deste país indignam-se porque há cada vez mais urgências a abarrotar.

Não está a tratar os utentes como merece ser a minha esposa perdeu a médica de família a médica saiu desta unidade
Fui lá para pedir para colocar a minha filha com a minha médica de família e a resposta que tive que não pode colocar que a médica tem muito utente como pode negar um atendimento a uma criança de 3 anos que não fez Nei consulta de 2 anos por não ter médico -

Por estar de baixa desde o mês de Setembro, e a minha baixa ser renovada a dia 10 de cada mês, desloquei-me ontem, dia 07 de Fevereiro de 2023 para marcar consulta para dia 10, pois sempre fiz assim desde que estou de baixa.
Quando chegou a minha vez de ser atendida, a Da. OLGA LAMPREIA, desatou aos gritos comigo, que não tinha nada de vir ali pedir consultas, pois a minha morada pertence a Mafra. Foi mal educada, grosseira, rude e completamente desprovida de qualquer formação para estar naquele posto de atendimento.
Informo que tanto eu, como o meu marido e filhos estamos incritos neste centro de saúde desde 1999, e é uma vergonha alguém estar neste posto de atendimentp a escorraçar as pessoas que ali pertencem e necessitam deste serviço de saúde.
Pedi para falar com um superior da Da. OLGA LAMPREIA, onde me responde não ter superiores hierárquicos acima dela.
A Da. OLGA LAMPREIA, informou-me que não podia marcar qualquer consulta para renovação de baixa e que teria de estar dia 10 de Fevereiro às 6 da manhã à porta deste centro de saúde para tentar ser uma das 15 primeiras pessoas a obter consulta. Ainda me disse, se não conseguir, *olhe,,, paciência!*
Estou de baixa e obrigam-me a estar às 6 da manhã à porta deste centro de saúde para ser renovada?
Mesmo saindo o meu Médico de Família não deveriam ter sido asseguradas todas as situações de baixa? Não estou a falar de uma urgência médica, mas sim de uma situação que é verificada todos os meses a dia 10.
Ainda neste mesmo dia, qual não foi o meu espanto quando vi que todas as pessoas que vinham buscar a baixa, esta estava passada à mão, obrigando essas mesmas pessoas doentes a irem à segurança social, para entregarem esse documento.
Além da reclamação que fiz no livro de reclamações, vou enviar um mail para todos os responsáveis deste Centro de Saúde, se não obtiver resposta até dia 9, entrarei em contacto com todos os órgãos da Comunicação Social. -

Hoje dia 30 de Dezembro o meu marido foi ao centro de saúde por volta das 7h30m da manhã, quando chegou já havia pessoas a espera desde as 6h da manhã, eram 8h e nada continuavam a espera, deu 9horas e nada, como nada afixado a informar, na aplicação também não vem nada execto que abre às 8h e encerra às 18h.
Realmente não há qualquer consideração pelos doentes e ainda dizem para não se deslocarem aos hospitais mas sim aos centros de saúde, quais?

Balbina Salvador No dia 23 de novembro de 2022 fui contactada pelo Centro de Saúde de Loures para o rastreio do cancro do útero.
Ficou agendada a consulta para o dia 24 de novembro de 2022 às 12:15.
Neste dia por volta das 11:52 ligaram para o meu marido a perguntar se sempre ía. O meu marido confirmou, e disse que eu estava a caminho. Trabalho em Lisboa, faltei ao trabalho e desloquei-me ao Centro de Saúde de Loures para a devida consulta. Cheguei por volta das 12:14 (conforme comprovativo anexo) e qual é o meu espanto que a médica já não estava.
Inadmissível esta situação, a médica saiu antes da hora marcada para a consulta…
Como devem imaginar fiquei deveras aborrecida e nem sequer perguntei o nome da médica. Mais tarde, tentei contactar telefonicamente o Centro de Saúde para identificar a médica mas para variar ninguém atende …
Agradecia um esclarecimento para esta atitude e que futuramente situações idênticas não se venham a repetir. -

Para conseguir uma consulta do dia, cheguei ao centro de saúde às 5:30h da manhã. Após ser atendida pela senhora da recepção ainda aguardei até às 9:30h para ser atendida pelo homem que se diz médico. Cheguei, muito educada, expliquei o que estava a fazer ali e ele começou a digitar no computador, pedindo análises e exames, detalhe, o senhor precisa de óculos e lupa para conseguir enxergar a tela e o teclado do computador.
Fui apenas fazer uma pergunta e ele já me interrompeu dizendo que eu estava a atrapalhar, pois eles estava pedindo os exames que ele achava que deveriam ser pedidos pela minha idade e sexo, e me dizendo coisas que eu não deveria dar palpites, que eu poderia entender muito bem de engenharia, mas de medicina entendia ele, entre outras grosserias… nesse momento eu tentei me explicar dizendo que não estava dando palpites e sim que iria fazer uma pergunta, ele continuou sem me deixar falar. Enfim, sai de lá tremula, com o choro engasgado, pois não fui ao médico para ser mal tratada e humilhada. Sai de lá sem fazer as perguntas que precisava, com os exames que ele achou que eu deveria fazer e pronto. Farei os exames e vou torcer pra quando voltar não ter que encara-lo novamente. trata-se do Dr. Tito Aurélio. -

No dia 9 de novembro dirigi-me a esta unidade de saúde para ter uma consulta de urgência pois por ser urgência e obviamente precisar.. fui atendida pelo Dr Tito Aurélio que para além de ter sido super mal educado .. que bem bom dia me respondeu .. passava a sua voz por cima da minha não me deixando falar e rejeitando os exames que lhe estava a solicitar … Senti que me estava a despachar e que não queria saber absolutamente nada do que se passava comigo. Acabou por sugerir que tenho uma gastroenterite passando uma receita de tudo aquilo que já estava a tomar .. porque não me ouviu a dizer que já estava a tomar aquilo .. e mandou me ir lá outro dia se quiseres marcar exames. O que é isto ???? Estou a vomitar a diarreia e náuseas a vários meses … Preocupada porque pode não ser gastro e ser intolerância alimentar ou algo mais grave e este “DR” trata situações destas com esta indiferença. Desumano é o que tenho a dizer .. desumano !! Espero que façam algo relativamente a este médico porque como eu muitas pessoas passam por isto.

Joao E realmente uma vergonha se fosse sector privado tenho a certeza que ia tudo para o olho à rua acabei de sair deste centro de saúde vergonhoso aonde não estava ninguém para ser atendido três pessoas na secretaria a olhar para o ar de seguida tento entrar em contacto com o centro e ninguém atende os telefones realmente não entendo.

a minha esposa tem médica de saúde, fiz um pedido verbalmente e por escrito para incluir o menino pelo menos como seu utente, visto que eu mesmo sendo casada com a utente dela não tenho direito
a resposta da senhora, não a mim, mas a minha esposa 6 meses depois numa consulta foi que não tinha vagas, mas o mais interessante é que temos um vizinho brasileiro que está em Portugal a pouco mais de 6 meses e já é utente dela
podem me ajudar a resolver esta situação?

o Dr° Tito que consulta no centro de saúde de loures, não vejo competência para exercer essa função, ao invés dele por favor coloquem um ou uma atendente, secretária(o), pois com certeza vai ser melhor para os utentes, pq piir que não ter médico é ter alguém como esse senhor, ele está abaixo de muito ruim. -
Fábio Serra Mudei de residência para Santo António dos Cavaleiros e fui inscrever-me no Centro de Saúde, mandaram-me fazer a inscrição em Loures. Fui 6 vezes ao Centro de Saúde de Loures e rejeitaram a minha inscrição pois existe apenas 4 senhas por dia para me inscrever. Estive lá ontem novamente pelas 5h00 da manhã e já lá estavam mais de 20 pessoas há espera até as 8h e não fui atendido. Terça feira vou voltar e vai haver problemas se não me fizerem a inscrição. André Miguel Acho inadmissível ser incapaz de falar com alguém do Centro de Saúde de Loures, estou HÁ UMA SEMANA a tentar ligar para lá e nunca atenderam o telefone, e outras vezes têm-no ocupado durante uma série de tempo. Isto é que é um Centro de Saúde prestável? É impossível conseguir comunicar com um funcionário telefonicamente, é uma VERGONHA! Não têm a mínima preocupação para com os utentes.

David Cardoso Mudei de residência para Santo António dos Cavaleiros e fui inscrever-me no Centro de Saúde, mandaram-me fazer a inscrição em Loures. Fui 2 vezes ao Centro de Saúde de Loures e rejeitaram a minha inscrição. Uma vez no início de agosto alegaram que não tinham funcionários suficientes. Ontem dia 31 de Agosto, disseram que havia apenas 4 senhas por dia para me inscrever e que teria de estar lá às 6h00 à espera mas sem garantias. É ridículo, tenho problemas de saúde, não tenho dinheiro para médicos particulares. É suposto apenas esperar para morrer.

Fernando Leocádio A D. Olga apresenta-se arrogantemente no balcão e sem máscara, no entanto todos os outros são obrigados a usar.
O Dr. Tito Aurélio fez um diagnóstico baseado somente nos sintomas que apresentei. Não fez qualquer exame físico ou observação. Mediu-me a tensão e mandou-me embora. Não sei que tipo de medicina é esta em que o paciente pode inventar sintomas e ser tratado para uma doença que não tem, mas já anteriormente fiquei desagradado com este médico e recuso-me a voltar a ser atendido por ele. O homem para ver o ecrã do computador e as teclas tem que pegar na lupa…. não se admite este tratamento.
A valorizar, o muito bom trato e atendimento por parte das enfermeiras.

Gostava que me informassem da forma como se efetua a troca de um atestado, passado por uma médica da ADSE e que a escola exige que seja passado por um centro de saúde. -
Nem vale a pena O que dizer … e melhor deixar as pessoas falecer do que estar a pagar médicos e reformas custam muito amanhã ja nascem outros. Consultas ? Não há só para as pessoas que tem o luxo de ter pernas braços e cabeça para ir às 6h00 da manhã fazer fila e pedir para ter uma consulta às 10h00 . Telefone nem vamos no assunto o centro de saúde de Loures não tem telefone pode ter um número mas é muito mais probabilidade de ganhar ao totoloto do que ter uma pessoa ao telefone… enfim muito péssimo compreendo às dificuldades em trabalhar num centro de saúde ( felizmente ) vivemos numa democracia e cada um decide onde quer trabalhar… obrigado ao governo também que aceita poupar dinheiro na saído do povo para ir comer aos bons restaurantes …

Vasco Luis Não atender o telefone, até consigo compreender, os funcionários devem ter mais funções ao qual nao conseguem despender do seu tempo, para as funções que foram contratados.
Mas havendo a opção de marcação de consulta através da internet, concebido pelo próprio site do SNS porque não funciona? A resposta foi, a medica não disponibilizou o calendário!!! Agora ja não consigo perceber, sendo uma função para facilitar todo este processo, porque não se encontra disponível? E porque não é requisitada á medica que o faça? A direção do centro de Saude não controla estas questões?
Outras questões… Se a medica tem o horário de entrada as 9:00, porquê de a senhora telefonista que me atendeu, disse que ela só chega as 10:00, sendo isso uma pratica corrente, sendo isso uma grande falta de respeito e compreensão das pessoas que vão fazer fila para o centro de saúde á espera de uma senha para marcação de consulta, muitas vezes de madrugada.
Qual é mesmo o horário de atendimento, por o que pesquisei é ate as 20:00, mas quantos funcionários tem ao dispor a partir das 18:00? gostaria que alguém da direção me dissesse quantas pessoas e qual é o fluxo de atendimento necessário para esse período horário.
Realmente não vejo que sejam questões de falta de funcionários, mas sim de uma grande falta de profissionalismo, a questão de a medica constantemente chegar atrasada ao qual se torna um padrão e ao facto de nao disponibilizar todas as ferramentas disponíveis para que os utentes consigam marcar as suas consultas e nao tenham que ir de madrugada para o centro de saúde ou tentar ligar e esperar que uma funcionaria atenda, que esteja bem disposta ou que pelo menos tenha tempo para respirar!

Ana Cristina Antunes Atendimento péssimo. Não atendem os telefones e quando atendem é a despachar e não resolvem nada. Funcionárias que não querem fazer nada. Nem informações dão. Descobri agora, depois de 30 anos a frequentar o Centro de Saúde de Loures, por uma funcionária que fez a amabilidade de me informar para não ter trabalho, que no mesmo edifício funcionam 3 centros de saúde. Fique o ano passado sem a minha médica de família e passei para os sem médicos. Mandam ligar para o numero 219825111 e quando ligam dá desligado. Questionei novamente a funcionária que atende o geral e ela disse-me que não sabia a razão. Resumindo, bastava ela levantar da cadeira descer uma rampa e ver o que se passa. Claro que não o fez, porque além de dar trabalho ela sabe perfeitamente que tiram o telefone do gancho.

Nao sabe há 30 anos que existem separações de unidades? Nunca se preocupou muito com a sua unidade de saúde. Mas parece que a funcionária ainda lhe disse qualquer coisa senão, 1. Nao sabia o numero de telefone, 2, nao sabia das unidades 3, nao sabia que era de outro piso e 4 se fosse uma funcionária do seu balcão que se tivesse de levantar para ir a outro piso ai jesus..
Só ouço reclamar mas quando há eleições até as moscas se ouvem quando há 2 funcionárias para 60mil utentes.
O pessoal continua a queixar se desta maneira quem la está, ja se estão a reformar e o pessoal novo nao quer ir para lá para ser ameaçado todos os dias pelo ordenado minimo.
Depois queixem se… as máquinas.

Testei positivo a covid no dia 24 de Dezembro liguei sns24, disseram que um médico ia entrar em contacto comigo, hoje faz 14 dias de isolamento e continuo a espera…. Depois de vários dias a tentar ligar para o c. Saúde sem resultado ninguém atente telefones., os meus filhos deslocaram-se ao dito centro e informaram que eu não ia ser contactada porque não tenho médico de família.
Posto isto a minha pergunta é :::
O que é que eu faço?
Os 14 dias acabam hoje e nem baixa nem alta para poder ir trabalhar.
Continuo a aguardar que a senhora coordenadora ou o delegado de saúde entrem em contacto comigo. -
Nel de Gouveia Rodrigues Boa tarde veio por este meio a informar que fiz teste covid no meu trabalho no dia 23 dezembro, e deu positivo, no mesmo dia 23 dezembro liguei a SNS24 e registei meus dados, posteriormente no dia 24 dezembro comencei a fazer isolamento profilatico, ate o dia de hoje 5 janeiro passaram 14 dias e ainda o medico de familia ou delegado de saude (LOURES) não há ligado pra mim, para fazer minha baixa e alta, agradeço pronta solução a este problema.

Estou há dois dias consecutivos a tentar contactar a unidade de saúde para o número de telefone 219825111 sem sucesso. O contacto foi facultado pelo atendimento telefónico geral e supostamente destina-se a quem não tem médico de família atribuído, e foi acrescentado nessa informação que mais nada podiam fazer pelo que tinha que continuar a tentar contactar os serviços através desse número. Se o contacto existe porque ninguém atende as chamadas? Está inoperacional
Parece-me desrespeitoso este tipo de atendimento aos utentes. -

Rui Fortes O atendimento telefónico é inexistente com a agravante de transferir as chamadas para uma máquina de fax(?) fazendo o utente incorrer a custos pois o atendimento nunca acontece.
Para além de ser uma situação de atendimento inqualificável, ocorre um abuso que deveria ser responsabilizado.
Alguém de direito se calhar deve sentir vergonha para com este tipo de tratamento aos contribuintes portugueses. -

Isabel Leandra Fernandes Pereira Duarte Hoje 17 de Fevereiro, ligaram-me as 14h15 deste centro de saúde, não atendi a chamada, porque não estava perto do telemóvel, quando as 17h00 dei conta da chamada, liguei 35 vezes, seguidas
para o numero deste centro. Como o telefone estava a incomodar, atenderam 1 das chamadas para colocar o telefone de lado, onde pude ouvir conversas de fundo, pessoas a mexer em papeis, e apesar de várias vezes repetir “estou, boa tarde” fizeram de “conta” que não ouviam, desliguei a chamada ao fim de 5 minutos, e as restantes tentativas que fiz, atendiam o telefone e colocavam musica clássica. VERGONHOSO, FALTA DE EDUCAÇÃO, PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO. Mas, não é de agora, piorou ainda mais com o Covid. Já agora o numero é o do Loures saudável 21 9825100, isto para que não restem duvidas. -

Para resolver qualquer questão é preciso se deslocar até o centro de saúde. E ainda por cima ao chegar lá se depara com a arrogância dos atendentes do balcão. Que além para fornecer qualquer informação sempre de forma grosseira, como se estivessem a fazer um favor em atender, só sabem dizer que não há médicos e nada resolvem.
E na última vez que lá fui ainda sofri ataque xenofóbicos!

Atendimento telefonico nulo (pura e simplesmente não se consegue nos vários numeros associados ao centro de saude.
Por e-mail as agendas nunca estão abertas..
Horários: dizem 08.00 – 20.00 (mas fecham às 18.00, segundo o comunicado “pontualmente” à pelo menos 2 anos).
Marcar consulta, ó faltando ao trabalho, para ir lá pessoalmente. -

Beatriz Glória Acho inadmissível ser incapaz de falar com alguém do Centro de Saúde de Loures, estou HÁ UMA SEMANA a tentar ligar para lá e nunca atenderam o telefone, e outras vezes têm-no ocupado durante uma série de tempo. Isto é que é um Centro de Saúde prestável? É impossível conseguir comunicar com um funcionário telefonicamente, é uma VERGONHA! Não têm a mínima preocupação para com os utentes.

Catarina lente Para poder saber os horarios do enfermeiro correspondente ao médico de família estou há mais de uma hora a tentar telefonar entre 4 números de telefone e ninguém atende. São 9:30 da manhã e o tema é urgente a mudança de um penso! Uma vergonha!
